Client v. Sigma Chi Fraternity et al.  With Jim Kitchens, Esq. of Jackson, Mississippi, represent a young man who sustained a traumatic brain injury during a fraternity pledge event and party. Suit was filed in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, and the family received substantial pre-trial financial settlements from numerous defendants.
