Jonathon Fazzola has worked on a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal court. His matters have involved federal civil rights violations, contract, insurance, and trademark disputes, business torts, indemnity actions, and securities class actions. Mr. Fazzola also has advised and assisted clients in connection with commercial compliance matters and investigations by the Department of Justice and other federal agencies related to alleged violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and federal contracting regulations.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Fazzola practiced for five years in in the Chicago office of the international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, and as a bilingual staff attorney with the Family Defense Center. Mr. Fazzola served as a Community Economic Development Consultant with the U.S. Peace Corps in the Republic of Panama for two years prior to law school.

Mr. Fazzola graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, and holds a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Michigan Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Economics from Kalamazoo College. He is a member of the Illinois Bar.
